Donald Trump becomes first Republican President to surpass 76 million votes

Sky News host James Morrows commends US President-elect Donald Trump for being the first Republican presidential candidate in history to gain more than 76 million votes in an election.

“When I say landslide … I do mean it was landside – news that broke over the last 24 hours in as the votes continue to be tallied up in the never-ending election,” Mr Morrow said.

“I can report that Donald Trump has just crossed the 76 million vote mark – the first Republican President in history to do so.”
