Gold Rush Cocktail is one of the easiest whiskey cocktails and one of my favorites.
This twist gains more complexity from Yellow Chartreuse without becoming noticeably more intricate.
Gild your day!
Recipe:
60ml-2oz SCOTCH WHISKY
15ml-0.5oz YELLOW CHARTREUSE
15ml-0.5oz HONEY SYRUP
30ml-1oz LEMON JUICE
3 drops BAMPARELLA GOLD
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into ice filled rocks glass.
