Galatians 5:1-26

November 15, 2024 Galatians 5:1-26 This week we will look at We are going to look at the differences between legalism and liberty and licentiousness.
I am going to talk about the dangers of the Judaizers who would seek to bring a Christian back under the law. I am going to compare the Galatian church to the Ephesian church in Revelation who left their first love. And I’m going to talk about the danger of worshipping the most deadly idol of all, the idol of self. And comparing ourselves to others to give that idol worth. I will talk about the danger of a little bad doctrine and how false teachers will receive a stricter judgement.
We will look at how Paul teaches us not to walk in the flesh but in the power of the Holy Spirit. And we will look at the great difference between works of the flesh and the fruit of the Spirit.
