He's saving Buffalo history one piece at a time

It's a messy job. Scott O'Dell has been refinishing furniture since he was a kid and he's figured out how to keep the mess to a minimum. He works just one small area at a time. He's known as "That Furniture Guy". His Blackrock workshop is packed with projects in various states of finish. His company is Wolf Lake Restorations and yes, he makes house calls. He's working on a house now that has twenty-six doors and thirty-five windows. Each piece has to be stripped and then refinished. It takes time, talent and one other important quality-"Patience". The way Scott looks at it, he's saving Buffalo history "one house, one business, one chair" at a time. Wolf Lake Restorations, 259 Amherst Street, Buffalo, NY 716-584-4879
