Mario and Luigi take on some new side quests first and complete 2 of them, but they can't save the toad for now since they can't reach the islet yet. So for now, they go to Bulbfish Island, where they see a few people shrouded in darkness shunning everybody and also, someone has stolen the bulbfish eggs. Who would do such a thing?
