Released as a single on the Colgems label on April 26, 1969. (The album mix which appeared on THE MONKEES PRESENT later that year had a slightly longer fadeout.) Recorded mostly at RCA Victor Studios in Nashville on June 1, 1968; the horns were overdubbed at RCA Studios in Los Angeles on December 9, 1968.
