all good info AFAIK besides that part at the end. I didn't include it so I don't confuse anyone, but if you follow Jovan you'll recognize it, he thinks the EDB single vote cast records were doctored. I put on a short explanation at the end but I realize I didn't explain what Jovan's saying. Here's the full vid with start time:

He's saying they used the sharpie to outstack ballots and swap them, which I suspect is true, but then he says the single-vote CVR was doctored to cover up the ballot swaps, and it wasn't, it's just in a different format because it's from a different tabulator (ICP2/precinct tabulator not ICC/central tabulator). The tabulator creates those "Auditmark" CVRs (not to be confused with batch CVR's: what CVR normally refers to) and appends them to the ballot image in the digital file when the ballot is scanned in. Precinct tabulators don't record timestamps on the single vote CVR, in order to protect the secret ballot, since the voters are filmed casting it and they also have poll book check in times. This creates a FRAUD OPPORTUNITY, since the times aren't recorded, but there's nothing doctored on that "CVR."

Anyway @DCreDC corrected him, then got banned later so the post is gone, but I saved the text. Maybe Jovan didn't see it, I don't know but they tagged him. Those EDB ballot images Maricopa said they archived not deleted are missing (every one of them) their pre-adjudication scans, but the Auditmark CVR's appended to their post-adjudication ballot image as far as that goes are normal.

OTOH You could speculate on whether the single-vote CVR format for In Person ballots was engineered to permit the ballot swap. If they wanted to protect the secret ballot, given the history of US elections, it's reasonable to assume ulterior motive is more likely than an (accidental) engineering flaw. Because were there timestamps on In Person ballots, they'd either catch the swap or have to be doctored.
