Dear Washoe County Commissioners,
PLEASE POSTPONE CERTIFICATION THE 2024 GENERAL ELECTION. WE WERE PROMISED AN HONEST AND FAIR ELECTION BY SOS AGUILAR.
In October 2024, Edward Solomon evaluated Nevada's elections and reported that Washoe and Clark Counties have been using an illegal algorithm since 2020. He stated, "They cherry-pick certain races, so it's not really obvious" (Edward Solomon lecture at BoomTown, 10/1/2024). Joe Hoft also reported inconsistencies in Sam Brown's race, stating, "Where are the 18,652? Did they disappear?" (JoeHoft.com, November 10, 2024). This could indicate the use of an illegal algorithm. Allegedly, 18,652 votes for Nevada US Senate Candidate Sam Brown were removed until his count fell below that of his Democratic opponent. Similar irregularities may exist in other races, including Assembly, State Senate, County Commissioner, and City Council, though specifics are unknown. Dr. Jerome Corsi, who has evaluated 10 other states, has found voter fraud in all, though not specifically in Nevada. We deserve an honest and fair election as promised by SOS Aguilar.
The following are reported voting abnormalities in Washoe County:
Homeless voters are registered and can vote with a Nevada ID, without proof of residency.
No Nevada ID was required for students prior to 10/8/24, and out-of-state driver’s licenses were accepted.
The DMV accepted non-citizens as registered voters.
Scanning a driver's license sometimes brought up another voter’s record.
Voters are registered at business addresses with no proof of Nevada residency.
Multiple ballots were received by some voters.
Deceased individuals were recorded as showing up with ID to vote.
Ballots sometimes failed to show as “received” after 10 days.
Some voter records were cancelled without clear cause.
Records showed mail-in ballots as received, despite signature mismatches or suspected forgery.
Many ballots were rejected for missing signatures or signature mismatches, and because they arrived late, the Registrar of Voters had no time to cure them. This issue affected thousands of voters who mailed ballots in good faith.

I hoped SOS Aguilar would deliver on his promise of an honest and fair election, but he sent signature cards with new voter ID numbers before the election. According to the Douglas County Clerk’s office (November 13, 2024), each voter now has two IDs, with the old ID in the SOS’s inactive file. Dr. Jerome Corsi suggests this could allow inactive IDs to be reactivated and used without detection. The implications of this dual ID system are troubling.
AGAIN, PLEASE POSTPONE CERTIFYING THE WASHOE COUNTY 2024 GENERAL ELECTION.
Thank you.
