Warren Buffett a.k.a. "The Oracle" is arguably the greatest investor of our lifetime. in this video he talks about how if he was able to manage them, he would acquire hundreds of thousands of single family homes.

We're assuming this video was pre 2019 when rates we insanely low but there was still fear in the marketplace and the prices had not yet begun to go parabolic.
