Justin Trudeau Wants to Test his Un-Popularity Again

Justin Trudeau has called for another by-election. Time and time again we seen that we will continue to lose seats in the house of commons. There is no reason for us call by-elections instead should call a general election. By-elections at this time of his stage of his career is just a waste of taxpayer's funds.
