The truth about Andy Pickett and Measure H

First, the truth about “Andy”:

Who is Andy M. Pickett
Aka
Maximo A Beckett?

Born in Argentina and raised in Germany, “Andy” eventually moved to California and obtained a Bachelors in International Relations and Affairs with a minor in Spanish at Sonoma State University. He then went on to the University of San Francisco to complete a masters in Public Administration.

Since 2020, he’s been the chief administrative officer (CAO) who coaches Butte County Board of Supervisors on how to vote to serve the globalist agenda- not what’s in the best interest of The People of Butte County. In several “Andy Pickett Strikes Again” videos featured throughout the Eyes On Butte County Rumble Channel, you can see that “Andy”, an unelected bureaucrat, is the one calling the shots at our board of supervisors meetings. Time and again “Andy”, a.k.a. Maximo, leads our so called “representatives” into committing fraud by convincing them that we have to continue fake county emergencies instead of ending them when it’s obvious there’s no emergency and we haven’t met the criterion for them. Why? Because keeping the “emergency declaration” going means the continued flow of federal and state funding for the “declared emergency” and then we are beholden to the dictates of executive orders, bypassing legislative process and depriving us of representation as a county! It makes The People voiceless non entities. He openly admits it’s all for the money, repeatedly. He also states, blatantly, that when we receive these state and federal funds, The People and our Board of Reps (“Supervisors” ) have NO SAY in how they are used. We have to, like subjects in a dictatorship, “do as we’re told” as a Marxist fisted “arm of the state” who is financially abusing us with OUR OWN MONEY. That means they are making policies and procedures that affect us negatively whether it has to do with housing, zoning, healthcare, utilities, schooling, our abilities to run a business and make a living, emergency services , crime and fire prevention-all of which can be affected with the fiat stroke of a pen and the governor’s and the federal agencies threats of audits if we don’t abide with their arbitrary and capricious whims- as proven during the Covid era.

But what is most concerning is the threat that Andy M Pickett, a.k.a. Maximo A Beckett poses to children in Butte County. He and his wife Cindy (who also has aliases Clara Alina Martin and Sue Martin) serve as a facilitators of Stonewall Alliance Chico and he has used his position as Butte County CAO to funnel tax dollars to this entity he facilitates which is a HUGE conflict of interest and abuse of his positions.

Stonewall Alliance is a self described advocacy organization that prides itself on supporting and empowering the LGBTQ+ community by serving as a “resource” for the LGBTQ community. So what makes them so dangerous?
They have infiltrated the public school system where they are holding covert sex education courses under the guise of “bullying and suicide prevention workshops”, during which kids are introduced to the idea of gender fluidity, are informed about the availability of transgendering services and are connected with medical provider contacts who will help them get started on their gender reversing journey - ALL of which is without the knowledge or permission of the parents.

Eyes on Butte County made a freedom of information request to the county clerk and department of public health records to see what medical providers are working with Stonewall Alliance. The answers we received indicated that there are 13 medical providers working with Stonewall Alliance but the county clerk and public health was unable to provide more information than that despite our efforts to get exact specifics.

We do know that Stonewall Alliance Chico has served as a vaccine clinic without providing updated, informed consent which would include deaths and severe injuries reported in VAERS for “Monkey Pox” (so called “monkey pox” is actually a side effect of the Covid vaccines) , Gardasil (which actually GIVES you ovarian and uterine cancer) and, of course, the covid 19 injections (which we all know destroy your immune system, heart, reproductive organs and give you turbo cancer) - all of which they have administered there, several times. Furthermore, the newest signage at Stonewall Alliance indicates that they also facilitate in the confidential procuring of abortion procedures.

Make no mistake, Stonewall Alliance is all about removing YOUR authority and rights as a parent and giving them to the state. They will be a major player in the process of court mandated revocation of parental custody if the parents are not in agreement with new pronouns and the transgendering (sterilizing and mutilating) of their confused and indoctrinated KIDS. Stonewall Alliance is here in our county and they ARE a threat to families and children. Career bureaucrat CAO “Andy Pickett” is getting paid to “facilitate” this demonic, Josef Mengele-level medical experimentation on confused KIDS and young adults. Come to think of it, Josef Mengele, the SS doctor who performed experiments on prisoners at Auschwitz-Birkenau, was one of over 300 Nazi war criminals and sympathizers who emigrated to Argentina after WWII to escape prosecution. Argentina is where “Andy” was born and partially raised before moving to Germany to complete his primary schooling.

We must pay attention to what values and forces have shaped the core of characters like “Andy” who have gained entry into trusted positions in OUR government and are now holding OUR representatives hostage to tyrannical dictates through financial abuse and threats of audits, bankruptcy, removal of basic emergency services, protection, representation, etc.

Isn’t it interesting Measure H will be implemented on April Fool’s Day of 2025? Agenda 4.14 on 11-12-24 was the county voting themselves another salary raise five months before the money even starts coming in based on Measure H getting “passed”. After reading the following truths about Measure H, read the truth about Andy Pickett aka Maximo Beckett. He’s the guy with the heavy accent who indulges in his super defensive “report”.

Considering that Butte County stands to take in at least $44 million EVERY year from taxpayers if Measure H passes, can we trust the election results from the Butte County Clerk Recorder? How can it NOT be a conflict of interest to have the county counting the votes without an audit? Shouldn't there be an outside, independent entity that audits the election results? At least for Measure H since it is a PERMANENT tax and over the years will result in BILLIONS of dollars for county politicians, bureaucrats and special interests?

And doesn't Butte County use Dominion machines? According to this it does.

I spoke to the County Clerk Recorder's office about a year and a half ago asking how the elections get verified. They told me they do a test election run before the election to make sure the machines work and after the election they do a sample verification/audit. I can't remember the exact term they used or the percent of the ballots they use for that. I think it was only a few percent. They do a hand count of those few percent and they compare it with the machines.

I said that's great but who verifies/audits your work? Is there an independent outside entity that does that? No answer so they put me through to a supervisor who got mad that I was even asking that. She said if there was some kind of problem the state could step in. I tried to get more details on how that might work and I had questions about the Dominion machines. I was asking if anyone anywhere had gone through the software code or is it completely proprietary, in essence a black box system? My understanding is it definitely is but I wanted to verify that. I also asked if there is any open source election software that they could have used instead of Dominion. The person I talked to had no idea about any of that and didn't even know what open source software was. She called me an election denier and hung up.

So I don't know what can be done. It seems that the only way the public would know if anything was wrong was if a whistle blower came forward. I don't understand why they can't make the scanned ballot images available to the public. My understanding is they don't. Am I wrong on that? There is nothing on the ballot images that would identify the voter so I don't know why they couldn't make them available. If they were available you could at least verify the number of ballots they processed and the results. But then you would want the images of the signatures for signature verification. I have no idea if they would make those available or the process of how you would verify those.

But here's the thing. I think most people in this county just don't care, at least not enough to do anything, even just voting against it. Right after Chico's Measure H passed I would ask many people every time I went out (to stores, the park, etc.) if they knew the sales tax just got increased. Nearly all of them did not. None of them were for the increase. They had no clue it was on the ballot. Obviously, none of them voted against it, and I bet none of them were even registered to vote. None of these people had any clue how a sales tax can get raised. Most didn't even know how much the current sales tax was before Measure H passed.

I would go to stores and ask the cashiers when the new sales tax rate took effect and none of them knew what I was talking about. They would ask me what it would be and I said 8.25%. Over half of them ask me, "What is the sales tax now?" I couldn't believe that. I asked them, "How can you not know? You give customers receipts all day long with the sales tax rate printed right on it." It turned out the new rate of 8.25% for Chico didn't go into effect until April 1, appropriately enough for the foolish public who let the corrupt city council take even more of their money.

I talked to one cashier a week ago about the county's Measure H and tried to explain to him why he should vote against it. He wasn't the least bit interested and said the last time he voted was in the 3rd grade for class president. I asked him how could he stand by and do nothing while corrupt politicians took even more of his money. He said he doesn't get involved because, "I don't want to stress about it."

The local politicians and bureaucrats and their expensive consulting firms that they hire with our tax dollars know this very well and use it to their advantage and against us. They know how to craft the ballot measure and what propaganda to put forth and what truths to hide and how to get the "right" people out to vote even though they are actually a small percentage of those eligible to vote. Former Chico city manager Mark Orme even admitted this in so many words when he said, "Most people don't vote" when asked about how the Chico sales tax increase could pass. In this election it looks like only a little over half the registered voters bothered to vote. And I bet not even half the people in this county who could register are registered. Even though Measure H won with 67% you have about 20% of those who are eligible to vote passing a tax increase for everyone. And that's democracy?

So it seems to be that the majority of the people in this county don't know, don't want to know, don't care and certainly won't do anything except maybe complain a little. I can't believe that my Chico Rants Time Is Running Out Vote No on Measure H post is still getting likes and comments. How many of those people actually voted against Measure H? I suspect not many. And don't they know it's over and Measure H won in a landslide?

The other thing is we have a lot of people from places like the Bay Area who have moved here in the last few years who are tax happy and vote accordingly. I have a couple of neighbors like that who got angry with me because I thought it was outrageous that our sales tax went from 7.25% to 9.25% in two years and that it all goes into the general fund and the politicians lie to us and don't even mention the pension problem which could bankrupt these local governments. Also, this county has a lot of local and state government workers who live here and these government entities keep hiring more. Those people always push hard for higher taxes.

I think this county is a lost cause. California certainly is. I hope someone can prove me wrong. Considering the election process in this county and state seems to be completely opaque, I don't know how you can verify these elections. And if you can't do that it really doesn't make any difference if by some miracle you could turn a county of don't care, know nothing, do nothings into informed voters.

But anyway, if we stay here in Chico, we are, in all likelihood, stuck with these two tax increases for the rest of our lives and the probability the sales tax will be increased multiple times in the future is very high. I think we will have to get used to a sales tax well over 10% at some point and probably in the not too distant future, maybe a couple more election cycles.
