This is the Decongestant Recipe for the video series Homemade Remedies, Backed by Science that actually work! Start this recipe as soon as you start to feel the congestion coming on.
Decongestant Recipe:

Cut and juice lemon. 1 cup lemon juice

5 – 6 cloves garlic

Cut 1 onion into chunks

5 – 6 radishes

1 cup raw honey

1 inch of ginger

Blend it all together Until fine.

If needed you can add more honey to help little kids tolerate the taste.

Put a cheesecloth over a strainer and pour thru into a bowl. Strain 2 – 3 hours

Store in a glass jar in refrigerator for two weeks. ½ ounce at a time. A young child can have 1-2 tbsp. Take a couple times a day or up to an hour a day if needed. If you take to much you just might start to smell like the ingredients. But it will not harm you. It is just whole foods.
