New Rental Property ✔️⚡️ Just Purchased❗️

ARV: $270K ~ Corrected: I think I say $230k

We're adding a bedroom in the basement... No lights so you can't see it.

This is in a nice part of Central Ohio (Grove City)... This will be a long term keeper!

Purchase with private lender Funds.. They are receiving interest on their money... Their Funds are secured with a 1st position mortgage (lien)... also they are holding a signed and notarized deed to the property so if anything was to happen to me, if I didn't fulfill my obligations outlined in the signed Promissory Note, or if I was to... Disappear... 🫨... They can file the deed, take immediate ownership, and not even have to foreclosure through the courts ⚖️

Our private lender's funds are NOT commingled with other investors... I would avoid deals like that all together whether you're a lender or borrower.

More update videos to come.. We have solid deals week/month, solid construction/rehab crews, and solid property mgmt.

Comment "Action" if you want to learn how to raise money and buy assets like this one and/or Comment me "ROI" if you're interested in learning how you can be lender to earn passive returns on deals just like this
