Los Angeles residents and business owners are questioning the honesty and accuracy of a new county survey that claims there has been a slight decrease in the LA homeless population. Los Angeles has the worst homeless crisis of any urban metropolitan U.S. city with tens of thousands of people living on the streets of LA. Residents and business owners say homelessness is much worse today with more people on the streets and more encampments in various neighborhoods than even before.
