potato dumplings
dough
200 grams of flour
1 egg
salt
80 ml, warm water
2 teaspoons of unscented sunflower oil
Knead the dough and leave it for half an hour covered with plastic wrap.
dumpling filling:
2 potatoes
half an onion
oil, salt, pepper and fresh dill,
boil the potatoes, peel and mashed potato them.
Chop the onion into small pieces
fry in oil until golden, add salt and pepper and let cool for 10 minutes.
chop dill into small pieces and add to the mashed potatoes prepare a nightcap and mold the dumplings.
roll out the dough with a rolling pin as shown in the video
cut the dough into circles with a special mold
put the potato filling into the dough and press the edges.
put a pot of water on the gas and bring to a boil, add salt to taste and cook your dumplings until ready, about 4-6 minutes.
