Why are males more effeminate? Why is procreative reproduction down?
aka infertility. Why are miscarriages up? Simple answer ~ chemicals
As to the first Q & A, there are more other reasons. Upbringing, lack of mentorship, pornography, gender/"sexist" propaganda etc.
Where chemical castration (tostesterone vs. estrogen) stand upon the scale may be unknown, but suspected to be HIGH on the list.
