Tux has been down on the ground floor once or twice before for a few moments, but now it's his irreversible destination of choice.

After all, he was an urban, outdoor, homeless cat for the first few years of his life, and getting the opportunity to roam around in a similar environment just has to be attractive to him. However, I have to find a more controlled way to let him spend time outside safely. The challenge is that there are a LOT of dogs in the complex, and our building is close to the dog park and many owners bring their dogs right through this area on the way to and from there. The fear is, of course, that a dog will spook him and he'll bolt.
