INGREDIENTS:
1- white flour 1.5 cup
2- yeast 1tsp
3- sugar 2tbsp
4- salt 1/2tsp
5- warm milk 1/2 cup
6- milk powder 2tbsp (we have used vegetable milk powder you can use any)
7- ghee 2tbsp
8- baking powder 1/3tsp

PROCEDURE:
1- Add yeast, sugar, salt and warm milk in a bowl.
2- Then leave the mixture for 15-20 minutes to activate the yeast.
3- Once yeast is activated, add white flour, milk powder, ghee and baking powder.
4- Start kneading the dough until it’s soft and little sticky. (Donuts dough should always be little sticky for best results)
5- Cover the dough and leave it to proof for 1hour in warm place.
6- Once the dough is double in size, oil your hands then knead the dough again for 3-5 minutes.
7- Start making small balls and place them on butter paper.
8- Then leave the dough balls for another 40-60 minutes.
9- Start frying the balls in low to medium flame. (Make sure your oil is little bit hot before you put donut in it)
10- When donut bites changes color to golden take them out.
11- Cool down the donut bites before decorating.
12- Use caramel/strawberry/chocolate any frosting of your choice then decorate it with sprinkles.
13- Serve and enjoy.
