INGREDIENTS:
1- Water of 3 Medium sized Onions
2- Garlic 2 whole
3- Boneless beef 1kg
4- Vinegar 2tbsp
5- Salt 2tsp (or to taste)

PREPARATION:
1- Blend onion water and garlic cloves together.
2- In a bowl add beef, add 1 cup of onion and garlic mixture, vinegar and salt.
3- Mix the ingredients well together.
4- Now add 1/2cup of onion and garlic mixture then mix.
5- Leave it for marination overnight.
6- Thread beef on skewers.
7- You can thread onion and tomatoes as well. (This step is optional)
8- Cook on red hot charcoal.
9- Serve and enjoy.
