Our Perfect Universe

I've been optimistic all year. Don't confuse any post-election positivity with some neo-Trump era euphoria. But don't get me wrong either. I'm not mad, angry, or insane that he won either. This was expected. When the scenarios that would have made Veep Harris "the first female President of the US," didn't pan out, I knew she didn't have a chance on election night. The polls lied again. As usual. The corporate media lied again. As usual.

We, (the Trinity) are neither overly optimistic, nor pessimistic. We prefer the description of "pragmatic." We also have "faith" (belief without proof.) Not in any human messiah. Not in any alien gods. And certainly not in any human-made systems. Our faith is in Universe. A complex matrix of the indefinable Everything that works perfectly.

Universe will decide and provide and whether or not we can fathom it, connect the dots, or not, it's still going to function flawlessly without regard to human "feelings" or "understanding." Gno-ing (gnosis knowing) keeps your humble vagabond and anyone else who embraces and accepts these truths from doing stupid shit, like running hysterically into walls.

We've got several topics today; first I don't know that women in general are any safer or less safe than they were before November 5th. But I also dig it if they think they're not. I don't have to live in their bones so who am I to say?

Then, there's that truth we just talked about. We're laying out the Top 7 Truths of Noxsoma Life Camp one by one.

Third, for No Virus November; what it feels like absorb a world through a mind that "gnoes" viruses don't exist. It's like going on a carnival ride and telling folks what it was like. Not telling you to ride it or not ride it. Just sharing an experience.

YouTube: [The Gymmy Jamm Season 10] Functional Fall. Deadlifting is still a thing, however we sustained what we deemed a nerve injury that we are still recovering from. (We know the difference between nerve ache & muscle soreness, we think.) Our Autumn plan is for more dynamic movement, rotation, jump training, body weight work. Still working towards strength & power via lifting, but also isometric holds, balance, dead hangs, and various assisted moves. Still working towards, muscle ups, plange, front lever, pistol squats and a few more gymnastic moves. The work is beneficial even if it takes us "forever" to hit those moves. I can feel some dormant muscles activate upon attempting various moves & positions.
