The video is about 33 minutes long and at approximately 13 minutes into the video, I do the actual DEMO of the liquid c60 activation of meridians. And then again at about 20 minutes I do the C60 vape( Deep inhalation, hold 3 seconds. Exhale slowly and fully through the nose. Do this 3 times is = 1 dose. For maintenance minimum 3 doses / day.
When not feeling well , every 1 -2 hour.
