US Immigration Attorney has an important message for Americans
“I'm gonna say something that a lot of you don't wanna hear and don't want to understand, and that is United States immigration law and the process to obtain an immigration benefit is not a right. It is a privilege.”

“And, yes, immigration laws are not fair. They are designed to safe guard what is in the best interest of the United States, and laws such as the permanent bar or the 10 year bar or the 3 year bar were calculated to deter unlawful immigration and people coming to the United States without having a visa or without being inspected, admitted, or paroled.”
