Sentencing of Alleged Pentagon Leaker Jack Teixeira Happing Now! Government Seeks 17 Years!

Jack Teixeira, the Massachusetts Air National Guardsman who prosecutors hysterically claimed, "perpetrated one of the most significant and consequential violations of the Espionage Act in American history," is being sentenced today in Boston federal court. Prosecutors are seeking 17 years, almost half his life and he still faces a court martial later for an obstruction charge.

Before his arrest, Teixeira had been an airman 1st class at Otis Air National Guard Base on Cape Cod in Massachusetts, where he worked as a cyber defense operations journeyman or information technology support specialist.
