Instead, he recommends starting small with the most valuable processes, the ones you use most frequently or have the biggest impact on your organization when you forget how to do them. Even if you do the process every day and it's ingrained in your brain, you need to think about the person coming in behind you who probably won't have the same information already programmed in their brain.
