This 20-Year-Old Started an Organic Non-Homogenised Jersey Cow Farm

Welcome back to another interview! This time I visited Jimmy Eggert, a 20-year-old, fifth-generation farmer in Wauchope, NSW

Jimmy runs a herd of 32 Jersey cows, producing some amazing milk that is non-homogenised, minimally pasteurised, and full of cream.

The farm is run organically, with No GMOs, hormones, or pesticides.
