JKD Sifu Mike Goldberg explains what an "Incidental Attack" is. He first adopted this term after watching Professor Michiel Mulder of the Urban Combatives Neitherlands explain it in one of his many training videos. In this training video Paul demonstrates the JKD Foot Leg obstruction ( as adapted by Mike's JKD Sifu Tim Tackett ) then follows up with (the incidental attacks) a stomp kick or foot trap on Sifu Goldberg's instep then executes a JKD lead straight punch. NOTE; Sifu Goldberg is wearing a foam target protecting his foot and allowing Paul to put his full weight on the foot without fear of injuring Sifu Goldberg.
