Pellet or ball-like pieces of sky-blue material are falling from the sky in Texas and Oklahoma, areas of recent intense DEW Direct Energy Weapon HAARP and NexRad weather manipulation activity. The first thing which immediately came to mind for me is that this is SKYSTONE, nearly 100% Oxygen elementally, which forms the dome of our earth's firmament.
