Eyebrow Blocking Using Mini Covers - That's a Thing?!

I watched a Robert Welsh video earlier this year where another makeup artist showed how he makes little eyebrow covers (like skull caps) when he blocks out his brows for drag makeup. I thought I would try it out for myself. Did it actually work this time? You'll have to watch the video to see.
