1 - Your thinking reflect what you consciously or unconsciously value.
2 - You can look through 2 lenses, God's/Love's or the ego's/judgment/fear.
3 - In the moment, you can't see both Heaven and hell at once. Through free will you decide what you want to see.
4 - See through the ego's lens and you will see and experience a hellish world.
5 - See through Love's lens and you will see and experience a heavenly world.
6 - What can be valued can still remain unreal.
7 - Everything other than Love is imagined.
8 - One of the ego's motto is: "seek but do not find." You will never find true peace of mind and joy you want as long as you view the world through the ego's lens.
9 - Fear, anxiousness, doubt, worry, judging self and others are all signs that you are viewing the world through the ego's lens.
10 - In any moment, no matter the ego's story, you through free will, can choose peace.
11 - If you lack peace, then you are somewhere within your heart and mind where you do not belong.
12 - Trust the Divine design instead of your ego's plan for the universe and you will have peace.
13 - Your peace or lack of peace is not a function of what is happening "out there" but of whose lens you are viewing this world through.
14 - Aligned with the Holy Instant is being aligned with the mind of God.
15 - In every moment you only have a choice between two worlds. The ego's or God's, fear or love, judgmental or forgiving.
16 - If you lack peace you are seeing this world through the ego's lens.
17 - If you have peace then you are viewing the world through Love's lens.
18 - In every moment, you unconsciously choose a guide to help you see, the ego or God.
19 - Be uncompromising, let your response be gratitude, to do so ask God/Love to guide you.
20 - You being Love's creation, do not want the ego as your guide.
21 - Empty your hands of all the petty treasures of this world, the ego's tools, judgment, anger, fear, worry, guilt, shame, etc.
22 - Learn how to see no value in the ego's tools and world.
23 - If you understand that no matter the drama... peace, love, forgiveness, joy, heaven is just one gentle and simple choice away.
24- The Heavenly mindset, living Heaven on Earth, is always just a simple choice away.
25 - Offer God all your delusions/judgments - God thanks you for this - because then you can become the light of the world that He created you to be.
26 - There are no true veils between you and God. Only your belief in the veils make them appear to be real.
27 - Practice recognizing when the veils between you and your true self pop up, then consciously set them down.
28 - The outer world is not responsible for our peace or lack of peace, we are, by how we choose to define what is happening "out there".
29 - Learning to see 'the Christ' in each person. See each man as Jesus, each woman as Mary.
30 - To have peace, say to your brother: "I release you from my judgments because I am worthy of peace."
31 - The battle resides within , not "out there".
32 - Practice Releasing/forgiving temptation/the ego's tools and mindset, each time it arises.

Lesson 130. It is impossible to see two worlds.

1. Perception is consistent. ²What you see reflects your thinking. ³And your thinking but reflects your choice of what you want to see. ⁴Your values are determiners of this, for what you value you must want to see, believing what you see is really there. ⁵No one can see a world his mind has not accorded value. ⁶And no one can fail to look upon what he believes he wants.

2. Yet who can really hate and love at once? ²Who can desire what he does not want to have reality? ³And who can choose to see a world of which he is afraid? ⁴Fear must make blind, for this its weapon is: That which you fear to see you cannot see. ⁵Love and perception thus go hand in hand, but fear obscures in darkness what is there.

3. What, then, can fear project upon the world? ²What can be seen in darkness that is real? ³Truth is eclipsed by fear, and what remains is but imagined. ⁴Yet what can be real in blind imaginings of panic born? ⁵What would you want that this is shown to you? ⁶What would you wish to keep in such a dream?

4. Fear has made everything you think you see. ²All separation, all distinctions, and the multitude of differences you believe make up the world. ³They are not there. ⁴Love’s enemy has made them up. ⁵Yet love can have no enemy, and so they have no cause, no being and no consequence. ⁶They can be valued, but remain unreal. ⁷They can be sought, but they can not be found. ⁸Today we will not seek for them, nor waste this day in seeking what can not be found.
