There Is No Law Requiring US Citizens To Pay Income Tax

This clip was taken from the documentary titled "America; Freedom To Fascism" by Aaron Russo. In this clip, Aaron interviews a member of a jury that tried a man for not paying income tax. Even though it was clear he hadn't paid, the prosecutors failed to provide proof that a law existed that would have required the man to pay.
