Taking A SILENT LISTEN on Veterans Day

If you have had the honor to ever listen to an American Veteran, and hear their personal stories, you will undeniably learn a great many things.

Taking the time to LISTEN and be SILENT is the greatest gift you can give anyone who has defended your freedom.

And if you have been able to learn in this way, the other most important take away to deeply understand is: if a Veteran can tell you their personal stories, they have also taken their time to heal. Anyone who is brave enough to face what they need to heal, also must be deeply acknowledged.

So today, as we take great pause to Honor Our American Veterans, may we not only Thank them: may we commend them for standing in their soul's truth.
