One Dead Century

Practice shows dedication. It's not about the weight, it's how you move it. Correction in form will take you a long way in your journey and it can help in other facets as well. If you practice your movements CORRECTLY then you will correct. Never be afraid to experiment with your lifts in the gym, in a safe manner of course. Curveballs can be a good thing or bad thing, in the right application you can learn a few things about yourself after a Century workout. I never even considered repping out 10x10 on any lift at the beginning of my lifting "career" (I didn't start lifting until I was 24, I'm 32 now). Once I started doing this every few weeks to a month I started to see a dramatic change in how quickly I packed on muscle. Whether you decide to do one-hundred reps of pushups, air squats, or Deadlifts, you will notice the benefits you get from practicing the movements.
