Action Radio 11/11/24, A Bill, To Stop Birthright Citizenship at the State Level.

So yes it has been a busy weekend. After thinking about how to do this for about a month, I cranked out our new bill, "The Florida Birth Certificate Citizenship Jurisdiction Declaration Act." Here is the link. Please share this everywhere: https://writeyourlaws.com/birth-cert-citizenship

What this bill does, is it requires that the citizenship of the parents be put on the child's birth certificate in Florida, and per the 14th Amendment "subject to the jurisdiction" clause, if one of the parents is a U.S. citizen, or U.S. permanent resident, those under the citizen jurisdiction of the United States, then and ONLY then shall U.S. Citizen be put on the child's birth certificate. This is how it should have been since the 14th Amendment was ratified in 1868. The whole idea of "birthright citizenship" is a complete myth, and worse, it has lead to millions of people being tragically and mistakenly had U.S. Citizen on their birth certificate, when in fact they are citizens of their parents nation. Time to fix this.

In the first hour, since it is Veteran's Day, or as I call it by its correct name, Armistice Day, I'll be talking about the absolute insanity and unbelievable waste of human life for no reason at all. And it went on for years, under the equally insane belief that WW1 could be "won." A similar insanity is at work in Ukraine, with potentially equally tragic results on a worldwide scale.

Should be an interesting day.
