Barry County Sheriff Dar Leaf has announced in a press release that his office has forwarded a case concerning election-related crimes to the Texas Attorney General’s Office. He stated, “The Texas Attorney General has opened a criminal investigation related to Dominion Voting Systems, Election Systems & Software (ES&S), Hart InterCivic, and SolarWinds, including specific subcontractors, agents, and employees.” The sheriff’s office indicated it would release further information once it would not compromise the investigation. Previously, Leaf posted on X that he was looking into possible “conspiracy crimes, wire services fraud, honest services fraud, and perjury charges” concerning Dominion CEO John Poulos’ sworn testimony before the Michigan Legislature, where Poulos stated that Dominion’s systems were inaccessible from outside networks and asserted that Dominion was a “US-based company.” In an affidavit, Leaf also claimed that Serbian nationals were allegedly directed by Dominion employees to remotely access Michigan’s election system. He has resisted providing prosecutors with his files on voter fraud, citing concerns about protecting the integrity of his investigation. Journalist Lara Logan shared the new press release on X, adding that some parts of the investigation have been ongoing for years, describing it as “not pretty.” She remarked, “This is one of those documents that could be easily overlooked — in truth, it is a nuclear bomb.” It’s unclear why the sheriff from Barry County, Michigan, would refer this case to the Texas Attorney General’s Office. However, Leaf has long pursued election integrity issues as a part of the constitutional sheriffs movement. Since the 2020 election, he has requested court orders to seize voting equipment and sought records to determine if voting machines nationwide could have altered votes from Trump to Biden. In Barry County, Trump won decisively, though Biden won Michigan overall by a margin of 154,000 votes out of 5.5 million. Illegal voting concerns have surfaced in Michigan ahead of the election. Michigan prosecutors recently charged a Chinese citizen with perjury and voter fraud after the 19-year-old allegedly cast a ballot for the 2024 presidential election. The man reportedly registered with his university ID and other documents at a polling place in Ann Arbor. Federal investigators are examining the case, though it’s unclear if this was an isolated incident or part of a broader attempt to influence the election. Officials say that because the ballot has already been processed, it cannot be removed from the count. Additionally, during Michigan’s summer primaries, four individuals allegedly cast ballots twice, and three election workers who facilitated the double voting are now facing felony charges. Elon Musk recently expressed concerns about Michigan’s voter rolls, claiming, “Michigan has more registered voters than eligible citizens!” Though officials argue his comment was “misleading” because it included inactive records set for removal, Musk countered that they won’t be removed until after the election.

An unsettling fact has come to light: every state won by Kamala Harris in the 2024 election—along with Washington, D.C.—does not require a photo ID for voter registration. In each of the 19 contests where Kamala Harris claimed victory, no photo ID is required for voter registration. Voters can often bypass photo ID by providing other forms of identification, such as the last four digits of a Social Security number, utility bills, or bank statements, which raises concerns over the ease of registration without verifying identity through a photo ID. Even more concerning, none of these states require a photo ID for the registration process unless for first-time voters. First-time voters can still use alternative forms of ID like utility bills, government documents, or bank statements instead of a photo ID. Election integrity concerns aren’t hypothetical. In 2020, GBI Strategies—a firm contracted by several Democratic organizations—was implicated in a large voter registration fraud scandal that made headlines, especially in Michigan. GBI Strategies, which reportedly received over $4.6 million from groups including the Biden campaign, the Democratic National Committee, and the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, was accused of submitting fraudulent voter registrations with forged names, signatures, and inaccurate addresses. Perhaps most troubling is that the full scope of this fraud remains largely hidden. After more than four years, the FBI investigation is still marked as “ongoing,” leaving questions unanswered on the extent of fraudulent registrations and their impact on elections. This lack of transparency has heightened concerns that the public may never fully understand the extent of voter manipulation. As the nation’s political divide deepens, questions surrounding the security of our elections are more pressing than ever. Many Americans question the reliability of the election process, citing issues like the GBI Strategies scandal and the lack of ID verification for voter registration as glaring vulnerabilities. The fact that 18 states and Washington, D.C.—all won by Kamala Harris—do not require photo ID for voter registration has raised serious concerns. Without secure, transparent elections, critics argue that the foundation of democratic accountability erodes. The absence of photo ID requirements opens the door to potential fraud and manipulation in our electoral process. In a recent conversation with an undercover O’Keefe Media Group journalist, Milton Jamerson, Election And Voter Registration Clerk from the Philadelphia City Commissioners Office, stated that non-citizens can vote in local elections as long as they are residents of Philadelphia. This claim is echoed by the nongovernmental organization (NGO) “Ceiba,” (@CeibaPhiladelp1) located just across the street, which asserts that individuals with an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) are eligible to vote. An ITIN is a 9-digit number issued by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to individuals who are required to file a tax return but do not qualify for a Social Security number. While the ITIN serves as a means for tax reporting for those who are not U.S. citizens, possessing an ITIN does not equate to legal voting rights, raising questions about Ceiba's claim that ITIN's deem individuals eligible for participation in the electoral process.

"She [Kamala Harris] might have Philadelphia, but she's got to win all states," remarked Joseph Bellinger, a poll supervisor standing by a ballot box outside the Philadelphia City Commissioners Office located at 5610 Lancaster Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19131. Poll supervisors are bound by strict neutrality to ensure voter trust and integrity, prohibiting them from sharing political views. According to 25 Pa. Stat. § 3031.11, "no such election officer shall, when giving such instructions, in any manner request, suggest or seek to persuade or induce any such voter to vote any particular ticket or for any particular candidate."
