I believe that achieving life goals is most effective when we break them down into manageable, smaller steps. One inspiration for this idea comes from Queen Elizabeth II's 2019 Christmas speech, where she highlighted historic examples of small actions leading to big impacts. I also discuss insights from James Clear’s book, Atomic Habits, about how daily 1% improvements can lead to massive changes over time, applying this concept to areas like weight loss and financial savings. My goal is to encourage you to make incremental changes that help you overcome obstacles and reach your ambitions.
