How to make Outstanding Stuffed Bell Peppers

This is a great Recipe for outstanding Stuffed Bell Peppers. We like to serve them with a Vegetable Medley, mashed Potatoes and a homemade BBQ Sauce.

Stuffed Bell Peppers
Ingredients:
3 green Bell Peppers (or your choice of color)
1 lb. Ground Beef
1/3 heaping cup raw Rice (approx. 1-1/4 cups cooked)
1/2 cup chopped Onion
2 chopped Garlic Cloves
2 tbsp chopped Parsley, more to sprinkle
1/2 tsp Salt
1-1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp Pepper
1-1/2 tbsp BBQ Sauce (your choice)
1-1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
3 tbsp Italian Style Bread Crumbs, more to sprinkle
1 Egg

Cook Rice, set aside to cool.(or use cold left over rice)
Cut Bell Peppers in half, from Stem to Bottom, remove Seeds.
Line Baking Sheet with Foil.
Preheat Oven 375°F
Combine Beef, Rice, Onions, Garlic, Parsley, Salt, Italian Seasoning, Pepper, BBQ Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, Bread Crumbs & Egg.
Do not overmix.
Fill each half of Bell Pepper equally with Beef Mixture.
Sprinkle to your liking with Bread Crumbs.
Place on prepared Baking Sheet cover with Foil.
Bake 30 Minutes covered.
Remove Foil and continue baking for 15 Minutes.
(Note: if there is any Liquid in Bell Peppers, drain carefully)
Sprinkle with Parsley.
