What is a lawful vs legal summons, charge, complaint?

Legal is what you agree to.
Lawful is what falls under the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

I kid you not, a huge enemy of the people are the court clerks.

Driver's license = contract to follow the rules of commerce made up by a private for profit corporation known as the Department of Transportation, or DMV, various names as per the different states.

Commerce = When you are paid to drive goods or people, or conduct services.

You are PAID....COMMERCE.

Do you drive your automobile and never be paid for sitting in the seat to go from point A to point B?

Then you are NOT IN COMMERCE.

You have no obligation to enter the contract of the Driver's License where they never disclose that you waive your right to travel.

That's fraud.
Fraud is a violation of your PRIVATE RIGHTS.

They tell the story to the cop. >
The cop writes it on a complaint. >

The cop signs the area where the person making the complaint is to sign "under penalty of perjury" that the story they are telling is true. >

Then the complaint goes to a court clerk. >

The CLERK!!! then signs the affidavit "under penalty of perjury" that the story the cop wrote is true.>

Neither of those people witnessed the event!

If you are the accused of this situation, and you do not know how to read these so called documents/charges/accusations.....

You are unknowingly agreeing to their offer to contract!

They are administrative private for profit corporations offering your legal entity, a contract to enter their "legal" process.

It's literally as if Walmart opened up a court and you agreed to enter it and agreed to "no shoes, no shirt, no service".
