How does the build neutralize Requital? By allowing the player to either shoot from very long range or to use cover-to-cover movements to safely close the distance to the target. The problem with Requital is that its a very unnatural way to force players to fight at close range. Usually when a player advances on a enemy, they are only doing it because the target is judged to be vulnerable and in a position that doesn't expose the player to too many other enemies. Requital destroys these tactical considerations by making it a random requirement to fight at close range so that when you do advance, you're doing so unsafely and exposed to many enemies. Hence the need for blindfire.

This is a variant of the blindfire build but without using Striker set. It has higher damage at the beginning of fights due to +40% LMG damage. I also switched out Born Great because it didn't seem to be doing much for the build but I might come back to it. While not terribly accurate from blindfire, Sleipnir seems more than adequate to kill everything. Unfortunately, the build does feel a bit weak compared to the Striker version. We become dependent upon Sleipnir's special talent to give us the necessary damage to kill enemies quickly.

Coyote's Mask helps max out Critical Hit Chance and Backbone gves the build some amplified damage. Unfortunately, my mouse began glitching midway through this video, so its not a great representation of the build, but I'll upload more test videos.

This build allows players to fight almost every battle from a blindfire position with "almost" laser accuracy. By staying in cover and cover-to-cover, players can cancel out two of the global modifiers that all enemies now have... Requital (damage reflection at midrange) and Master of None (incendiary bullets at short range, shock bullets at long range). Being able to accurately blindfire from cover is a good way to avoid all the problems these enemy modifiers create.
