AR-0114: The only film of the five-picture deal between Charles Band and hardcore gay smut pioneer Tim Kincaid that Kincaid did not direct [he only produced it], this rougher-than-shark-skin DTV [direct-to-video] horror B-flick has a witch reincarnated into a motorbike-riding punkette who prowls New York looking for her Hell's Club magic ring and attempts to revive her zombie cult.

The story is cheap and nasty, but for some reason this is slightly more effective than the movies Kincaid directed himself, as the director of this film - television-grade filmmaker Bruce Hickey - seems more adept at this and he does a not-too-awful job. If he had more of a budget, this would have been better.

This was remade in the late 2010s as "Necropolis: Legion", which is more of an arthouse horror type of movie.

My Grade: D [Bad]
