They really have disabled normal people, they are normalizing weakness and insanity. These people cannot tolerate not winning, they don't allow grief, only anger and insanity.
This will not end well, they want panic and violence on the streets. The leaders allow this to continue, and no longer care for the wellbeing for citizens, they will drive them nuts for more control and the most violent reaction.
