South Korea Warns Trump On North Korea-Russia Ties, Threatens To Arm Ukraine; NATO Chief Spooked

South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol warned that Seoul will supply arms to Ukraine if North Korea steps up its military cooperation with Russia. Yoon also discussed North Korea's recent missile tests in a 12-minute phone call with US President-elect Donald Trump. NATO chief Mark Rutte warned that Russia-North Korea growing ties are not only a threat to European security, but also for the US. Kim and Trump held three unprecedented meetings in Singapore, Hanoi, and at the border between North and South Korea in 2018 and 2019
However, the North Korean leader has since expanded his missile arsenal and developed a much closer relationship with Russia.
