Overcome Bitterness Before It's Too Late! - (Life Lesson #3 From "Thanksgiving" [2023])

DISCLAIMER:
I watched this movie, not remembering how dark it was. But, remembering as little as I did, I actually skipped most of the "death scenes". (So yes, I'm the guy who watched a slasher movie and then skipped the "slasher" scenes... XD).
Anyway -
I only was reminded of truly how dark the film was as I was watching it.
So to reiterate:
I watched the movie for the story and entertainment (forgetting how dark it truly was). I therefore recommend that you do not watch this movie.

That said (as I mentioned in the video):
Since I did watch it, (and did get some value out of it), I want to explain the lessons I learned so that you too can get something out of the movie without even having to watch it, yourself!

The main lesson from today's video:
Overcome Bitterness Before It Destroys You And Your Relationships.

Relevant verses and quotes:
"A cheerful heart is good medicine,
but a crushed spirit dries up the bones."
- Proverbs 17:22

(If your spirit is crushed, then revive it. Rather, let Him revive it).
"This is my comfort in my misery,
That Your word has revived me."
- Psalm 119:50

"One who conceals an offense seeks love, But one who repeats a matter separates close friends."
- Proverbs 17:9

"You shall not hate your brother in your heart. You shall surely rebuke your neighbor, and not bear sin because of him."
- Leviticus 19:17

"Never repay evil for evil to anyone. Respect what is right in the sight of all people. If possible, so far as it depends on you, be at peace with all people. Never take your own revenge, beloved, but leave room for the wrath of God, for it is written: 'Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,' says the Lord."
- Romans 12:17-19

"All bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and slander must be removed from you, along with all malice. Be kind to one another, compassionate, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you."
- Ephesians 4:31-32

"If someone says, 'I love God,' and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen?"
- 1 John 4:20

"Aim to be good, and pray for happiness".
- Jordan Peterson

"Surround yourself with those that bring out the best in you, not the stress in you".
- Ramxo Khan
