Pumpkin Ricotta Gnocchi

Fluffy ricotta gnocchi is one of the finest comfort foods that I can think of and when you add pumpkin and salt parmesan into the dough, it becomes the perfect fall dish.

Served in a garlic sage cream sauce, these beautiful little dumplings are delicious and although they look like they require an artists hand to create, they are actually quite simple to bring together!
