A simple technique for anxiety control
It works and we can all do it!

We can all relate to having the vivid imagery of butterflies in the stomach

This visualization technique of managing 'butterflies' can be applied to anything you do in life

In your mind's eye, take those butterflies
that are completely out of control and place them in an inverted V like birds fly above

Birds fly above in this inverted V formation
because it's fast and efficient.

Use your butterflies to help you!

Now you suddenly have more perceived confidence and control!
