There is not many foods that can beat a big ol' plate of Fried Chicken. IN this video we keep it simple with a basic coating that provides plenty of crunch on the outside while leaving the meat perfectly cooked and tender.
There are hundreds of wats to ramp up your fried chicken to make it your own. I personally prefer the simple and basic fried chicken recipe.
Please let us know in the comment section what you like to add to your flour mix when cooking fried chicken in your house.

Fried Chicken:
1. Season chicken legs with salt and pepper to taste
2. Add ~2 cups flour to a plastic bag
3. Season flour with salt and pepper to taste
4. Place a batch of chicken legs in the bag and shake, coating legs with the seasoned flour
5. Place legs in vegetable oil, frying on each side for ~10 minutes

Gravy:
1. Drain grease from pan, leaving drippings
2. Add 1/8 cup flour and stir in until cooked down
3. Add water until desired thickness & amount of gravy is reached
