If I could get you to understand ONE THING...it's the LIVING MAN vs the LEGAL ENTITY.

The LEGAL ENTITY is a creation of the state, long after the original COMMON LAW was the basis of law, say, 100+ish years ago.

The Constitution is a contract among the 13 colonies/states, that restrains the government.

The Bill Of Rights pertains ONLY TO LIVING MEN AND WOMEN.

The LEGAL ENTITY is the mechanism they use to get you, the living man, to act as the "agent of" and pay the price for the LEGAL ENTITY.

I can prove this to you as per my boat slip lease with the CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE, a LEGAL ENTITY.

They made the lease out to GIANNA MICELI.
Where I sign the lease has By: (agent of).

They can't lease me, the living woman, a boat slip because a contract can only be between LIKE KINDS.

I woman.
They corporation.

So they made GIANNA MICELI the legal entity corporation..."to do business with" me.

For instance...

1. You open a bank account and give them your name.

The computer automatically capitalizes your given name, making it the LEGAL ENTITY, since the bank as a corporation cannot do business with the living man.

You are the "agent of" controlling that account.

2. What do you use to open that account?

A government issued ID of course!
On that ID is THE LEGAL ENTITY of the all caps name.

Did they disclose to you EVER that you waived your rights as a living man by acquiring that ID or bank account?

Nope.
But THEY perceive that you knowingly waived your rights and will adhere to their statutes.

3. You have no obligation to ever use a government issued ID. Places try to make that their POLICY but it's not the law.

You have a right to operate IN THE PRIVATE, which is why we created our own Foreign National ID, in our given names, and yes, it passes TSA.

It was used to get a USA passport which means it was accepted by the Department of Homeland Security.

You have PRIVATE RIGHTS.
You just don't know about them yet.

3. It's propaganda that you HAVE to obtain a driver's license to drive an automobile. Not true.

Political subdivisions can only regulate commerce, and I personally would even challenge that, but hey if you want to enjoin with the government by asking for the fake privilege of an LLC to pay less taxes, when you can pay NO taxes, knock yourself out.

4. The IRS does business with your LEGAL ENTITY!
You living man, have no obligation to be the agent for the LEGAL ENTITY to the IRS.

They're just suckering you into being the agent for the LEGAL ENTITY.

The LLC is the LEGAL ENTITY to do business.
Your ALL CAPS NAME is the legal entity...to do business.

Are you getting it yet?

All the J6-ers court papers are TO THE LEGAL ENTITY so that Article I administrative magistrates....can do business with them.

Which they do THROUGH THE HIRING OF A BAR CARD AGENT/TOOL OF THE STATE.
