* The Russian Armed Forces have begun the 3rd stage of the Kursk counteroffensive. In all likelihood, this will be the bloodiest stage for both sides. Much depends on this battle, including the initial positions in possible peace negotiations.
* Ukrainian intelligence also notes increased activity of the Russians in the Zaporizhzhya direction. It is possible that an active offensive near the city of Orikhiv will begin in the near future.
* In the Pokrovsk direction, several more villages came under Russian control.
