This week in The Science of Getting Rich, Lesson 4 we explore

The Power of Thought - and how both the conscious and subconscious patterns and mindsets that shape our reality. I invite you to mine your thoughts and look for the GOLD in the blind spots.

By shifting habitual thoughts and revealing how your thoughts may play out beyond the mind in behaviour and emotions a doorway of opportunity opens up to uncover the hidden thoughts in your mind.

I am encouraging everyone to look for what is congruent and incongruent in your thinking and behaviour so you can bring awareness and action to it. Awareness is redundant without the right actions to move you through to where you want to be.

There is no point in being stuck.

To help with this I share with you a valuable visualisation technique I have been using to move towards the outcomes I want by recognising the little incongruencies that pop up in my being.
