From Rise to Fall : Nazi Germany in Color 1933-1945

Made entirely of color archival footage, the documentary traces the 12 years from Adolf Hitler's rise to power to the fall of Berlin in 1945. Enriched with period testimony, it traces Germany's dramatic transformation into a Nazi state and examines Hitler's relationship with him. Eva Braun accompanies and reproduces key events such as Nazi demonstrations, the invasion of Poland, Hitler's meeting with Lloyd George, the horrors of Buchenwald concentration camp, the Warsaw Ghetto, the Battle of Britain and the fall of Berlin.
