Nerdeen Kiswani at the protest: “FLOOD ELECTION DAY FOR PALESTINE."

The demonstration “FLOOD ELECTION DAY FOR PALESTINE" in Manahatta, Lenapehoking (Manhattan, New York City) was organized by Within Our Lifetime (www.wolpalestine.com. wolpalestine on Telegram and X), on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.

The rally was in front of the News Corporation building (Fox News, The Wall Street Journal, etc.). Despite police repression, PEACEFUL pro-Palestine New Yorkers marched to Times Square, Bryant Park, Grand Central Terminal, Empire State Building, Madison Square Park, Union Square Park, The New School and Washington Square Park, where they ended the protest.

Nerdeen Kiswani, founder and chair of Within Our Lifetime, spoke at the rally in front of the News Corporation building and in Washington Square Park.

Palestine protestors in front of the News Corporation building: “Remember Hiroshima! Remember Vietnam! Democratic Party, we know what side you’re on!”

The Democratic Party (democrat president Harry S. Truman) dropped atomic bombs on two Japanese cities: Hiroshima on August 6, 1945, and Nagasaki on August 9, 1945. The Democratic Party (democrat president Lyndon Baines Johnson) invaded Vietnam in 1965.

Also, the Democratic Party (democrat president James Knox Polk) invaded Mexico in 1846 and (democrat president Thomas Woodrow Wilson) invaded Mexico in 1914.

NYPD officers closed streets and sidewalks so protesters could not march, harassed peaceful protesters and journalists, including me.
